Return and Refund Policy

At Carol Kinsella Chocolates, we take great pride in crafting premium handmade chocolates with the finest ingredients. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we cannot accept returns once products have been delivered, except in cases where the goods are damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request quickly, we kindly ask you to:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and your preference.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to make funds available to you.

4. Allergies

Allergen information is listed on the product packaging. While we take great care, our products are made in an environment where nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy are present.
